Knox County Commissioner R. Larry Smith states that he's afraid that these Road Side Flea Markets are selling stolen merchandise. I find this to be pure slander against people that set up and sell at Flea Markets. I feel that if this law is passed which restricts your freedom of Assembly. Freedom of Assembly don't say shit about whether money is passing through hands but it does say we have the right to peacefully assemble. What is more Peaceful than a Flea Market?
