Quitsmart -- Everything You Need to Break Free from Cigarettes
During this Presidential Administration more people are walking or riding public transportation to get around. Some people want to make it harder on those people. You assholes block crosswalks and Park on sidewalks.
Here's driving 101. The Crosswalk is not suppose to be stopped on at an intersection, you are suppose to Stop before it. KPD needs to start ticketing for it. Its called obstruction of a Pedestrian thoroughfare. It forces Pedestrians out of crosswalks and into traffic.
Now lets discuss people parking on sidewalks the Car pictured is at 2741 Martin Luther King Jr. AVENUE. I know KPD reads this page let's see if they stop this shit I bet they wont.
